• Our new unique plate system, reduces drag, blockages and leaves soil manageable to work.
• Directly behind the tractor this model requires 130 h.p. Tractor, without the leading tines 100 h.p. This was on heavy clay with a 4 metre set of discs -170 h.p/200 h.p.
• The frame is enormously strong and heavy -built of very thick wall Steel Hollow Section.
• 10 mm Wall Thickness, nobody in our industry uses as strong material
• Shafts are 65 mm diameter size. It has the ability to have the angle of attack altered hydraulically and set at any desired position. This is particularly useful if you opt for the Leading Tines.
• 24" rings weigh 43 kg each set at an 8" pitch but they are interleaved giving a nett spacing of 4". This ensures that medium sized clods are chopped and reduced to a more manageable size.
• The rear axle wheels are cleared by scrapers the front ones by the rear wheels.
• A safety bar is fitted to secure the wings mechanically when in transport position taking the load off the hydraulics.
• A safety bracket is fitted when in transport position on its road wheel so that should a hydraulic problem arise the implement will not be let down on to the road.
• In order to make it compatible with Disc Harrows, the action of folding the wings into transport position moves the weight backwards away from the drawbar. This reduces the load on the tow point of the Harrow so saving time as there need be no adjustment to compensate for a change in weight on the rear of the Harrow.
• Leading Tines are offered which are particularly relevant when using after the plough. The Tines have height adjustment - angle adjustment and a shearbolt in case something very solid is encountered.
• Tines are not a bolt on extra - to make them the strongest in the market their mountings are a welded integral part of the frame. Tines are easily removed if not wanted.
